Booking & Refund Policy
Book early to ensure your spot in these limited-time Easter School Holiday sessions! Sessions are subject to a minimum of 8 players to proceed. If the session is canceled due to low numbers, customers will be contacted and offered store credit for the full session amount to rebook at a later date or rebooked for their preferred next session. Refunds are not issued for canceled sessions.

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete a quick safety briefing so you can make the most of your playtime.
Online waiver: Be sure to fill out your waiver online before your session to speed up the check-in process.
